We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our organization as Director of Industrial Refrigeration and HVAC Solutions – Switzerland

This high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business in the IREF & HVAC sector. Together with your leadership team, you will be responsible for the execution of our growth strategy, the systems & service day-to-day operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our industrial refrigeration, HVAC and heat pump applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a clear vision for the IREF & HVAC business, aligned with market trends and company objectives.
• Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand our systems and services footprint across Switzerland and beyond.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of new installations and service projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, partners, authorities, and internal stakeholders to support long-term success.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven leadership experience in the HVAC and/or industrial refrigeration sector—or a comparable technical industry—with strong expertise in project management, service, or engineering
• Strategic mindset with sound decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Fluency in German and English is required; French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across Switzerland and internationally as needed.
