Senior Executive Recruiter – EMEA


Location: Flexible in the UK | Full-Time | Johnson Controls

What You Will Do

As a Senior Executive Recruiter, you’ll be at the forefront of our talent strategy, managing the full lifecycle of executive hiring across the EMEA region. You will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for C-Suite, VP, and senior director roles across all functions.

  • Build and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and strategic outreach.

  • Orchestrate complex interview processes with multiple stakeholders and assessment tools.

  • Deliver a white-glove experience to candidates and hiring leaders, embodying our core values.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, using data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.

How You Will Do It

  • Partner with executive leaders to understand business needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Manage multiple high-impact searches across diverse business units in EMEA.

  • Apply advanced interviewing techniques to assess leadership capabilities and cultural fit.

  • Source passive talent using cutting-edge tools and EMEA-specific networks.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external search partners.

  • Present compelling offers and lead negotiations with finesse and regional insight.

  • Coach hiring managers on best practices and legal considerations in EMEA hiring.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • A proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on executive and leadership roles in EMEA.

  • Proven expertise in market mapping and competitive intelligence.

  • Tech-savvy with ATS, HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Experience engaging with executive stakeholders across diverse cultures.

  • Deep understanding of EMEA recruiting laws and best practices.
