What you will do:

You will be responsible for supporting Plant Controller with month end activities, and monitoring variances in SG&A and standard cost.

How you will do it:

• Perform Month End Close Activities

• Monitor SG&A and Balance Sheet Variances

• Responsible of financial reports showing plant performance such as POC Review, Direct/Indirect Labor, etc.

• Develop and maintain a structured process to ensure reports are adequately reviewed and approved, and all transactions follow internal policies and procedures, regulations, and accounting principles.

• Responsible for ensuring development and maintenance of monthly PPV Forecasting and variance analysis reports for PPV.

• Analyze standard and current cost differences and report information

• Provide support to the Head of Finance for different tasks and reports

• Perform monthly and weekly inventory and related financial reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we look for:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Cost accounting.

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management with varying degrees of financial knowledge.

• Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail required.

• High degree of initiative and flexibility to successfully accommodate deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.

This is an onsite position at our Gilbert, AZ location.
