What you will do
The Lead Technician – Controls service is a key role reporting directly to the Field Line Manager, Aftermarket and will be based in Dubai. The key role of a Lead Technician shall be:
- Day to day execution of the Service and Maintenance in line with Company Best Practices.
- Carry out service, maintenance, and retrofit projects on BMS systems used for comfort and energy efficiency across large size project comprising Hospital, Retail & Commercial Buildings.
- Strong Knowledge on Testing & commissioning BMS system, 3rd party integration, Programming logics, Graphics building, Digital solutions.
- Coordination with Subcontractors to get the job done for BMS installations.
- Conduct planning, scheduling, directing, monitoring, controlling for uniform service execution.
- Attend critical infrastructures and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure KPIs are met & Continuous monitoring of Service Level Agreement compliance.
- Alignment and implementation of Service Management, Quality Management and Health & Safety & Environmental Standards.
- Realize opportunities from product ‘end of life and replacement/upgrade solutions.
- Identifying business growth opportunities and service delivery improvements.

How you will do it
As a Lead Technician, you will be the contact point for all team members and you will use your strong BMS systems technical knowledge skills to execute Maintenance, carry out full dilapidation reports, inspecting all BMS Controls, recommending system enhancements, upgrades, and replacements as necessary. You’ll carry out and report on site surveys, root cause analysis, project progress and coordination.
You will understand the customer requirements and concerns by meeting them on regular basis and provide them required technical services, repair for Controls & ensure 100% customer satisfaction. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.
What we look for
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in the field of electrical / Electronic engineering or similar field.
- Min. 5 Years experience Core BMS commissioning & with excellent HVAC knowledge.
- Minimum 5 Years’ Experience with Operations & Maintenance of large size projects.
- Excellent customer service & relationship skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Digital solutions/Platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading and understanding SLA’s & KPI’s.
- Customer oriented and identify business development opportunities.
- Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and professional manner.
