What do you do?

Join us in the Procurement Execution Center as a Procurement Global Transformation Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the global Procurement team as a Subject Matter Expert in Wave and project management guidelines. In this role, you will produce work standards and streamline activities being performed globally in pursuit of best-in-class performance.

You will work closely with the Category Management teams to ensure that training, best practices, and guidelines are continually enhanced and followed ensuring best in class operating practices for successful execution while continuing to improve efficiency.

How will you do it?

  • Enhance training and reporting guidelines and standard process for framing and executing savings initiatives.

  • Coordinates transformation updates for bi-weekly Procurement transformation meetings.

  • Provides weekly transformation update for Executive Committee transformation meetings.

  • Support Wave access, consolidation, reporting, and enhancements as the Subject Matter Expert.

  • Leads Wave training sessions for new team members.

  • Supports weekly Global Products Category Strategy meetings and PSL actions tracking.

  • Works with Procurement Finance on scorecard tracking and reporting enhancements.

  • Provides Wave support on mass updates maintenance and coordination with Central TO support team.

  • Project Management of monthly savings actuals loads.

  • Other Procurement duties and special CI projects as assigned.

What we look for? Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Direct or Indirect Procurement.

  • Strong MS Office skills required, particularly in MS Excel.

  • Data skills such as Power BI/Tableau

  • APICS or ISM CPSM certifications is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and business judgment.

  • Given the global nature of the role, candidates must show strong English written and communication skills.
