Explore and develop new customer base with such professionals as architects, contractors, property developers, engineering consultants, etc
Grow BMS business, meet and exceed sales plan
Approach project with its entire lifecycle in mind. From planning and design to building, adopting latest technologies in energy sustainability, to system integration of all Building Management Systems (BMS), and other building service related systems, including hardware, software and trouble-shooting to optimization
Responsible of overall planning on sales activities, tendering and negotiation process, marketing and promotional functions. Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customer(s) and meet the Company’s goal
Provide professional best fit building services solutions to our client to facilitate environmental friendly and efficient BMS systems
Coordinate and monitor the project progress with different department and contractors
Requirements
Degree holder or above in Engineering discipline or equivalent
Minimum 5 years BMS sales experience with a successful sales track record in Building Efficiency industry
Demonstrate the best work practices of Building Management Systems and other building services related systems and able to keep abreast of all updated information
Strategic thinking and resourceful
Strong influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skill at all levels
Good command of both English and Chinese
Candidates with more experience could be considered as Sales Manager
