This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage complex building automation systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for major BMS projects in the data centre sector.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
  • Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and risk plans for projects valued at €2M–€4M.
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L, forecasting, and margin analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, safety standards, and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive success.
  • Manage procurement, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
  • Provide clear, proactive reporting to internal leadership and clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing complex construction or building services projects.
  • Strong track record delivering data centre projects or other mission-critical environments.
  • Expertise in project controls, contracts, and safety legislation.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

  • BMS platform experience (Metasys, Tridium Niagara, Trend, Siemens, Schneider).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + bonus
  • Company vehicle
  • Comprehensive benefits: pension, medical, life assurance, employee discounts
  • Paid holidays and sick pay
  • Career progression with structured development paths
  • Extensive training and access to cutting-edge technology
  • Collaborative, safety-first culture with a focus on work-life balance
