What you will do

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment of hourly manufacturing positions within Johnson Controls in Monterrey, Reynosa or Matamoros. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR business partners to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Track and report daily operative KPIs related to team effectiveness.

How you will do it

  • Ensure head count needs are delivered on time.

  • Be able to translate operation needs into daily  recruitment efforts and priorities. 

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand the operational needs and adjust hiring practices.

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including tracking candidates in the ATS.

  • Participate in job fairs and community outreach to promote job opportunities and the Johnson Controls brand.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and improve recruitment processes.

What we look for

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment in manufacturing.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment practices in Mexico.

  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
