Descripción del empleo

What you will do:

  • Provide essential administrative services by processing data efficiently.
  • Maintain organized shared filing systems for easy access.
  • Answer basic inquiries and resolve problems promptly.
  • Extract data from systems to compile insightful standard reports.

How you will do it:

  • Conduct engaging data analysis to uncover trends and patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement process improvements.
  • Support dynamic project management activities—planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Back-up team members in various sales and operations coordination tasks seamlessly.
  • Review and submit warranty & commissioning claims post-approval from the Operations team.
  • Coordinate with Ops and warranty teams to revalidate jobs efficiently.
  • Work closely with order admin regarding GRN on POs issued under warranty jobs after completion.

What we look for:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical skills that drive analytical thought.
  • High proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel) and proven analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with EXTREME attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
