What you will do

工事プロジェクトのフィールド監査

  • プロジェクトの管理状況の監査と、現地のエンジニアおよびマネジャーへの改善勧告と指導
  • 統括安全責任者の選任状況の監査と指導、協働組織設置・運営状況の監査と指導
  • 現場巡回状況の監査と指導
  • 安全教育受講状況の監査と指導
  • 協力会社向け安全教育の実施状況の監査と指導
  • 新規現場入場者向け安全教育の実施状況の監査と指導
  • 安全事故のフォローアップ監査、および、未然防止活動の指導

How you will do it

  • 関東圏内のプロジェクトについて月5-10件のフィールド監査を実施
  • 監査エリアは関東圏（千葉、埼玉、茨城、栃木、群馬、長野、新潟）の予定
  • 国内出張あり、オフィス勤務

What we look for

Required

  • 日本国内の建設現場における施工管理、安全管理、品質管理などの基礎知識と経験
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル（指摘・指導ができ、監査報告書を作成できる）

Preferred

  • ビル管理システムの基礎知識（中央監視、PC、コントローラ、制御機器、制御盤など）
