What you will do:

• Manage customer orders from receipt through shipment.
• Input orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure problems are resolved.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery timelines are met.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in business, international relations or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
