What will you do? 

• Plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse for a mid-sized to small location. Ensure efficient warehouse operations and maintain a high level of productivity and safety. 

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping, and receiving. 

• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. 

• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring they are motivated and performing effectively. 

• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. 

• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage operations. 

• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety and operational procedures.

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse management or relevant field.
