What you will do
Within JCI Ireland Airflow team we sell and service Airconditioning systems and arrange the installation of these systems across Ireland. This role will be based in our Cork office and 80% of the projects we deliver is in the Munster region of Ireland.
We are looking for a project coordinator administration support person based in our Cork office to become part of our team and manage an excel based schedule on a weekly/daily basis to ensure smooth planning of labour and materials for our installation jobs.
This role will be reporting into the operations manager and full training on managing the schedule will be provided. There are two supervisors working out in the field and this role is the link between these supervisors and the sales and project management teams and sub-contractors to ensure we continue to meet our customer expectations and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What we look for
Ability to work independently and own a process and a quick learner.
Good MS office skills including Excel.
Someone who worked in a similar role in admin support in office environment.
Worked for construction company, services provider, Mechanical or Electrical engineering company managing mobile teams.
Someone who is career driven and wants to be part of a growing winning team.
Experience working in fast pace environment managing relationship across different teams an advantage.
Ability to take ownership of a process and ability to drive this process daily.
Ability work under pressure.
Good relationship management skills.
Full training provided on our process’s internally, so good learning skill required.
