What you will do
We have a fantastic opportunity for an HVAC Sales Leader for Ireland who will lead sales for our channel by:
Developing and implementing the GTM sales strategy in the region and aligned with European/Global strategy.
Analysing market opportunities to develop and implement strategies to maximize margins and increased market penetration
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners to maintain connection with local market issues.
Allocating business partners maximizing the territory sales and service capabilities/coverage by line of products and establishing individual targets.
Facilitate sales and service training with the support of the HVAC product teams
Driving sales excellence. Delivering sales performance across channels
Ensuring the pricing policy is in place for customers and territory / sales channels.
Forecast and report actuals business sales volumes, as requested frequency, for different lines of products
Ensuring key consultants is covered and drives growth of basis-of-design
How will you do it
We want you to deliver business goals to ensure continued business growth by motivating and inspiring your team. Essentially you will develop, train, motivate and empower your customers around organizational initiatives, existing and new products, and key business priorities to drive continuous success.
You will need to ensure sales discipline to achieve sales excellence using Sales Force.
You will have to work closely with operations and marketing teams to monitor and analyze market trends and competitive issues within the market and Europe.
You will work as One Team within the Company.
What we look for
Proven record delivering results with a 5–10-year experience in HVAC Commercial Sales of Applied equipment
Sales leader with strong strategic vision to drive sales growth in HVAC commercial markets for Chiller, Heat pumps and Airside
Proven record of identifying and developing talent to build a high-performance customer network
Solid industry Sales operations management and leadership experience
Solid industry sales development/Program experience within a multinational matrix style company
