Lead and design the new product offering, to consider leverage existing resources to design NPI (DX AHUs, Ducted Products, Room central chiller etc.)

What you will do:

1.    Be responsible for driving chiller business growth in China across chiller portfolios by utilizing market research, competitor analysis, and expertise to develop business cases and product technical specifications, strategically considering market placement that delivers the desired ROI and market share.

2.    Provide technical and business direction for Chiller products in the region, representing the voice of the customer and regional teams in the design and development of the product portfolio matrix and positioning.

3.    As a subject matter expert in chillers, you are expected to influence the future product road map and strategic direction of the portfolio, high level of visibility to Senior Leadership and customers by using your significant knowledge in HVAC industry, regulations, customer base, and competitive landscape for China and other regions.

4.    Training to the sales team on product differentiators and positioning along with strategic/tactical pricing management to support sustainable growth.

5.    Communicate the product offering throughout JCH’s business and sales channels, explain how to sell it, how to apply it, and how to compete against similar products from other competitors

6.    Strengthen China chiller growth portfolio by closely working with R&D, product manager and regional sales teams.

7.    Pay close attention on major competitors’ activities, government regulations update and new market trends, identify new products requirements for differentiated offerings.

8.    Actively involved in various industry initiatives to strengthen reputation and influence power of JCH in the chiller industrial.

WORKING LOCATION: Shanghai, China

What we look for:

Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering with 12+year experience in a HVAC product management, application engineering/technical sales related field, Centrifugal chiller experience is a plus.

Strong experience in Product or Product Portfolio Management for Chiller products Experienced in providing product application, technical support and business direction for Chiller products.

Experienced in owning the development of an HVAC product roadmap and executing new product introduction

Experienced in driving product management, requirements, industry trends, writing business cases & technical specifications

Experience in working in a global team environment and communicating effectively across multiple cultures

Good communication skills and collaborative spirit

Fluent language skills in English and Mandarin.
