What will you do?

• Implement product engineering initiatives efficiently, under corporate policies, procedures and specifications, to produce within the parameters of quality and target cost.

• Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on the production line.

• Collaborate with all departments of the plant to find the root cause and solution of problems related to design, quality, suppliers, product or process.

How will you do it?

• Utilize data analysis and project management techniques to manage product development and engineering changes.

• Engage in design reviews and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Document and communicate technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a product engineering role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

• Experience with CAD software, preferably PTC Creo, and knowledge of mechanical design principles.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
