What will you do
Reporting to the Executive Director of Global Transformation, the position of Senior Finance Manager, Transformation Office (TO), is responsible for providing independent third-party reviews of initiatives. This role involves evaluating the business cases, interpreting valuation guidelines, and supporting Initiative Owners to ensure value is realized and reflected in the bottom line.
How will you do it
Independent Review of Initiatives & Business Cases / Support Workstream Leaders
Interpretation of Valuation Guidelines / Creation of Case Law & Consistency
Develop a strong understanding of valuation guidelines and work with TO finance team members to ensure consistent application.
Monthly Valuation Analysis (MVA)
Work with Business Unit (BU) CFOs and finance teams to analyze data and ensure alignment between transformation reporting and GMARs
Review actual variances to the bankable plan to identify underperforming initiatives and work with IOs and Workstream Leaders to update forecasts and develop recovery plans
Capital Appropriations Requests (CARs)
Assists with the annual capital plan process for the region, include coordinating training, reviewing schedules, and aligning with Business Unit FP&A on timing, and proposed investment levels.
Prepares Wave reports and ad hoc reporting from Wave, as necessary
What we look for
Required
Minimum 8 years of rich experience in Finance/Accounting and/or other areas of business operations
Expert in Profit and Loss (P&L) management, including the ability to interpret financial reports, drive cost-efficiency, and support strategic decision-making to optimize business performance
Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to listen effectively, identify key messages, and communicate openly and promptly across the organization.
Strong and broad-based knowledge and skills appropriate for consultation to all levels of management; ability to have difficult conversations.
Sound analytical depth and accounting skills.
The ability to influence and drive change in the organization.
Project management experience and team leadership ability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Internet and E-Mail
A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Preferred
Wave & HFM experience preferred but not required.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 3350 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
