What you will do 
Under general supervision, you will be primarily responsible for providing technical support with a focus on refrigeration technologies, product selection assistance, written proposals, and order entry documents. This will be conducted in close cooperation with District Sales Managers to provide customer-centric support to contractors, consulting engineers, and end users. 
 
How you will do it 
• Provide efficient technical, commercial, and pricing support to field sales personnel and customers, leveraging your knowledge of refrigeration systems. 
• Deliver commercial information relating to production lead times and schedules. 
• Develop and maintain working relationships to gather and share information with various stakeholders, including customers, business partners, and colleagues in sales, order management, price administration, product management, and engineering. 
• Organize opportunity support documentation to facilitate effective collaboration among the team, enhancing customer support as projects evolve. 
• Pursue continuous personal development through assigned training modules and on-the-job mentoring, aiming to broaden your expertise in industrial refrigeration technologies. 
• Provide high-quality customer service when issues arise related to order management, quality concerns, pricing discrepancies, and product application support. 
 
What We Look For 
Required 
• A minimum of a technical Bachelor’s degree (Engineering Degree highly preferred). 
Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), internet software, and email. 

 
Preferred 
• One to three years of experience in industrial or ammonia refrigeration is highly preferred. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Willingness to travel as required based on assignments
