What you will do:

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships across our business portfolio. Key customers include major Distributors and Channel Partners. This role focuses on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with these accounts, understanding their business needs, and developing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in major account sales, account management, and strategic planning. This  position will be reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts for the Americas.

How you will do it:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute account strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.

  • Revenue Generation: Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing accounts.

  • Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and value delivery

  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals to maximize profitability

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to enhance customer experience

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report key metrics, including revenue growth, pipeline development, and customer retention rates

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development

  • Experience working in Fire Suppression Industry is strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and account planning

  • Demonstrated success in managing and expanding strategic accounts

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce)

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
