Internal Sales Consultant – B2B – Security Industry (Distribution & installation)

Remote or JCI Office 

39 Hours, Mon – Fri, Permanent 

What you will do:

Choose to work remotely, hybrid, or from any JCI office. As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with existing distributors and manage incoming leads, with a primary focus on generating new business: using Salesforce to generate appointments, following up on marketing campaigns, managing administration duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a B2B sales career, with potential pathways to external sales or other office roles.

How you will do it:

  • Work closely with the internal sales leader and country leader.
  • Manage qualified leads and existing business while proactively generating new opportunities.
  • Receive product training to confidently overcome objections and provide business customers with complete peace of mind.
  • Collaborate with the external B2B sales teams.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.

What we look for:

Required:

  • Experience in the security industry 
  • Experience working with distributors or installers within the security industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a record of overcoming objections 
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets 
  • Ability to nurture relationships and manage accounts.
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook 

Desired:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
