Responsibilities:
1. HR Advisory Support:
• Provide comprehensive support for HR Advisory, including employee data management, benefits administration, and HR transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR requests and inquiries, maintaining high service quality.
2. Multi-tasking and Independent Work:
• Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
• Work independently on complicated HR tasks, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Adaptability and Responsiveness:
• Adapt to changes in the business environment and organizational needs with agility and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to HR-related issues and challenges, providing effective solutions.
4. Teamwork and Collaboration:
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, working well with colleagues and other teams.
• Maintain an easy-going attitude and contribute to a supportive team culture.
5. Country HR Support:
• Provide HR support through hotline services and collocated country HR roles as needed.
• Leverage experience in country-specific HR practices to deliver tailored solutions.
6. Project Management and Operational Excellence:
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to their successful execution and implementation.
• Support operational excellence (OE) management efforts, driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
7. Proficiency in PPT and Communication:
• Create and deliver effective presentations using PowerPoint (PPT) to communicate HR information and insights.
• Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in SSC or HR outsourcing environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently on complex HR issues.
• Flexible and quick to adapt to changing business needs.
• Easy-going nature with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Hotline or collocated country HR experience is preferred.
• Experience in project management and operational excellence is a plus.
• Proficient in PowerPoint (PPT) and fluent in English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
