What You Will Do:
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Operations Program Manager to support our leadership team, driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring effective coordination across leadership priorities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing complex programs, is highly organized, proactive and capable of managing a mix of administrative, operational and strategic responsibilities. This position is onsite. Candidates must be commuting distance to Milwaukee, WI , or willing to relocate. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
How You Will Do It:
Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with leadership to define, track, and execute strategic priorities, KPIs, and business goals.
Operational Cadence: Drive effective operating rhythms, including executive meetings, staff meetings, project reviews, capital project tracking, and steering committees. Creates agenda, creates and distributes meeting content, captures and distributes notes and actions, and ensures follow up and completion of action items to stakeholders.
Data Driven Insights: Consolidate business intelligence to support executive decisions, deliver concise dashboards, business performance reports and cost analyses.
Communications: Partnering with Communications as needed, drafts high-level communication, presentations, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders
Program Management: Leads and coordinates high-impact, cross-functional programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
Executive Support: Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the executive, helping prioritize initiatives, manage time, and prepare for key meetings.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
Customer and Partner Interface: Plan and facilitate leadership, partner and customer meetings, offsites, and other strategic engagement and ensure engagement met desired outcomes.
What We Look For:
Required
Bachelor’s Degree required; background in business or operations preferred.
4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a similar role.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of discretion, professional and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in project management tools and productivity software
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working directly with senior executives.
Familiarity with agile methodologies or change management frameworks.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
