Tool Crib Coordinator

As a Tool Crib Coordinator, you will maintain the Tool crib operating supplies and machine spare parts and the insurance of each. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Analyze the MRO procurement system to determine problems relating with orders and paperwork tracking and make recommendations for corrections. 

• Coordinate with MRO stocking vendors monitoring parts usage. 

• Prepares POS’s for parts and supplies. 

• Utilizes tracking systems and components sent out for repair. 

• Insurance of MRO parts, tools and machine parts. 

• Maintain paperwork. 

• Perform cycle counts and identify problems.

Qualifications: 

• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. 

• Basic Math Skills required – measuring/use of calculator 

• Microsoft Office Experience – Word, Excel, Database, Outlook 

• Familiar with using measuring instruments such as calipers. 

• Familiarity with cutting metals strongly preferred.
