Senior Engineer

Team: – Product V&V                               

Experience: – 4 to 8 Years  

Qualification: – BE Mechanical (4~6 Year) / Diploma Mechanical (6~ 8 year) 

Need highly motivated and technical person which is from HVAC Background & understand the Design Quality, Lab operations,  ISO 17025 System. Should understand Lab operation, troubleshooting and Maintenance activity. 

Six sigma Yellow belt and Green Belt will be added advantage. 

Following are the preferred Job description 

• Understanding of Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Cycle 

• Capable to prepare test plan of RAC , PAC Fixed speed and Inverter unit and monitor 

• Knowledge about Test Standards ISO . 

• Knowledge about RAC/PAC/VRF product performance testing like cycle balancing. 

• Test Reports preparation including all standard requirements. 

• Capable to analyses the product failure, its rectification, and corrective actions. 

• Knowledge about NABL and its process for the labs. 

• Able to lead global and regional test projects. 

• Capable to operate and manage the Performance, Reliability, Sound Labs  

• Capable to Troubleshoot the Lab , Manage shifts and manpower , 

• Able to manage the Lab breakdown, and face external audit for the Labs 

• Coordinate with China / Japan vendors for Lab software hardware issue resolution  

• Able to execute the CAPEX project including construction and supervision of any new Labs 

• Able to provide continue improvement in the labs via Kaizen  

• Excellent Power point and Excel Skills
