What You Will Do:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Bravo Recognition program and enhance operational efficiencies. You will maintain ongoing communication with JCI program stakeholders and facilitate routine account reviews. Your responsibilities will include managing moderately complex to complex regional projects and programs, leveraging resources across multiple regions. You will guide projects through all phases, from conceptual definition alongside business stakeholders to implementation. Moreover, you will provide consulting services to country and regional HR Services & Solutions and HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with policy and business objectives. Your annual responsibilities will include overseeing processes such as performance pay planning, incentive plan execution, and year-end closing for the region. Furthermore, you will initiate in-depth analyses of the organization’s overall compensation packages and provide recommendations for policy enhancements grounded in market research.

How You Will Do It:

  • Work closely with our provider to manage the user experience for the Rewards program end-to-end.

  • Prepare and monitor the Bravo Recognition program budget, tracking spending throughout the fiscal year.

  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of Compensation & Benefits to lead various processes.

  • Collaborate with company leaders and program members to drive engagement outcomes and foster innovation.

  • Provide analytical services on compensation-related topics to ensure competitive positioning in the market.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, recap action steps, and follow up with stakeholders.

What We Look For:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR program management

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in compensation analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Workday experience

  • Experience with Employee recognition programs

This is a hybrid role (minimum of two days in office) at our Glendale, WI office.
