What you will do

 The Global Field Operations (GFO) based Associate Program Manager role is a role designed to support GFO Program Managers with certain duties and tasks for different accounts.  These tasks are both pre-sales and post-sales related.  The Associate Program Manager role is also envisioned to have full direct support responsibility for several accounts where the customer (internal and external) expectations and required support is less strategic and more tactical and granular.  With all these tasks and support duties the Associate Program Manager will work with our customers’, internal field and centralized services teams as well as working with the sales team and any COE design and engineering teams. This person can be located out of our Aurora, CO or Birmingham, AL offices.

  

How you will do it 

  • Full pre-sales and post-sales activity and task tracking for program manager supporting and assigned accounts. 
  • Attendance on internal and customer facing calls to develop relationship, customer / program knowledge and to report on program and tasks. 
  • Work with internal and external customers on required support to deliver successful programs and projects for the customers. 
  • Clearly define deliverables to customers to develop program / support needed and to track and report progress of same. 
  • Early Engagement – Review opportunities with Sales to recommend best practices related to delivery.  This includes capturing and reviewing any unique resource requirements, time constraints or non-standard processes.  
  • Scope of Work – Assist Sales Teams in the preparation of comprehensive Scope of Work documents.   This includes working with Program Managers and COEs to secure documentation required by local teams (technical documents, work plans, customer playbooks).  
  • Project Planning – Develop detailed project plans utilizing PM methodology.  Plans should include customer-approved SOW, stakeholder information, tasks, milestones, skill-set requirements and quality controls.  The planning process should include representation from local offices, Supply Chain and other support teams.  
  • Launch – Schedule project kickoffs to review work plans, assign responsibilities and identify escalation paths.  Confirm a clean handoff to Installation Coordinators who are then responsible for project delivery.  Identify KPIs to be used in ongoing internal & external project updates from the Coordination Team. 
  • Responsible for generating a healthy culture to the different teams involved. 

What we look for

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years sales / project management / coordinating experience required. 

Preferred

PMI CAPM (Project Management Institute, Certified Associate Project Management) and or PMP certification preferred. 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $70,500-80,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)  This position includes a competitive benefits package.
