What you will do
Assists the SI Finance Director and the Sustainable Infrastructure (SI) Management Team in driving business results through pulling together data from multiple systems to provide actionable reporting and insights. Responsible for the planning and control of financial activities within SI BSNA. Provides guidance and support to operational and functional teams on a myriad of business/financial issues, while maintaining highest level of financial integrity.
How you will do it

Manage the preparation of annual budgets, outlook, pulses and long-range financial plans.

Maintain and develop financial models for business performance.

Prepare monthly financial package deliverables to North America FPA and SI Leadership team.

Review key daily/monthly financial results and business metrics for the Area and identify future opportunities for improvement and barriers to achieving financial objectives.

Assist in the preparation and submission of required monthly reporting packages and presentations.

Analyze complex business problems and issues related to field financials, using data from multiple sources to provide insights to decision-makers.

Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to SI leadership team.

Partner with Controllership and Cash teams to drive insights and process updates.

Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
What we look for
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform – Power BI, Flows and Power Apps
-
5+ years of progressive financial experience in all aspects of business control.

Ability to support and control financial results in a multi-location field operation.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
-
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving capabilities.

Familiarity with IT systems as they relate to financial functions and operational areas.

Individual PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.

MBA and CMA/CPA preferred.
