Brazer
Brazer is a job that involves joining two pieces of metal together with a brazing process.
It requires a skilled worker to heat the metal to the proper temperature and use a special alloy to bond the two pieces together.
The brazer must also be able to inspect and clean the pieces to ensure a secure connection.
Role Purpose
- The purpose of a Brazer job role is to join or assemble metal components by heating and melting metal parts together with a torch.
- Brazers must be precise and have a strong knowledge of metalworking to ensure that the parts are joined securely and properly.
- They must also be safe when working with heat and wear all necessary safety equipment.
