What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Proactively develop candidate pipelines for key functions and skills.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

How You Will Do It

  • Utilize your expertise in recruitment to streamline the hiring process, ensuring timely and effective candidate selection.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Execute and enhance the recruitment process to achieve KPI's and Time to Hire goals.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, strategic talent pipelines and AI enabled platforms.

What We Look For

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of agency or in-house recruitment experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful relationships.
  • Ability to solve problems in the recruitment process and implement creative solutions.
  • A consultative mindset and business partnering approach.
  • Highly proficient in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter features to source top talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Fluent in Arabic.
  • Experience in recruiting technical sales and engineering professionals.
  • Emiratization hiring experience.
