Senior Supply Chain Analyst

What you will do:

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is a meaningful role within our materials team. You will be responsible for the data extraction from multiple platforms to develop better reporting tools. You will develop dashboards to allow root cause analysis which will drive process improvements and KPI deliverables as well as building tools to consolidate, analyze, and drive strategic decision making across our supply chain. You will also be working with many different areas of the business to understand the issue, identify the solution, and execute on bringing the solution to implementation.

What you will do:

• Automate data collection and KPI dashboards using Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Automate, PowerBI, etc.)

• Craft and develop digital solutions that drive insights into major supply chain metrics such as, On-time Delivery, Days Inventory on Hand, Inventory Health, customer order backlog aging’s, and past due purchase orders reporting.

• Solid understanding of ERPs, MRPs, and Planning databases will be needed to resolve how to prep and blend data from different systems.

• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities with digital solutions for inventory metrics and Production Control systems to meet business objectives.  

• Apply business intelligence tools to communicate findings and solutions to the problems you are trying to take on.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed

• Support Clear-To-Build, Schedule Adherence and Ship Complete processes working with Operations and Scheduling on action items.

• Participate and initiate Lean events related to materials

• Key role supporting annual Physical Inventory

What we look for

• A Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study, Associates Degree and relevant experience or six years previous experience in an analytic manufacturing type role.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of inventory management software and best practices

• Knowledge of SAP

• Power BI knowledge to be able to create dashboards

• Solid understanding of BI tools such as Power BI and Alteryx

• Proven ability to critically think and creatively problem solve

• Outstanding Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze and combine data from multiple sources, draw conclusions and set actions based on the analysis
