What you will do:
As a HR Intern for APAC Commercial and Sales you will work closely with the APAC HR leader for key commercial and sales talent initiatives. Talent initiatives will include critical projects on talent mapping, performance cadences, curating learning content and APAC wide stakeholder engagement. Through this internship, you will be exposed to key HR metrics and be actively involved in the tracking and analytics processes on a regional level.
How you will do it:
- Work on Sales Performance Analytics and drive Performance Cadences
- Support the APAC HR leader in driving critical projects (e.g. talent remapping of APAC sales talent job profiles/codes)
- Support and run APAC wide stakeholder engagement, communication plans and calendar management on all Talent Programs
- Support the APAC HR leader in curating learning content for specific Learning Programs, in partnership with Learning & Development Lead
- Track key HR metrics, including attrition, engagement, headcount movements and transfers, sales hiring and diversity
- Support key Commercial and Sales talent cadences through active tracking and report preparation
- Periodically prepare reports on key People and Business Analytics under guidance of APAC HR leader
What we look for:
Required:
- Pursuing a Bachelors/Masters in Business, preferably with a strong interest and background in HR
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g PowerPoint, Excel)
- Prior experience in data analytics
- Prior experience in organizing learning and team events
- Excellent command of written/spoken English
- Proactive, bold and looking to take initiative and challenging projects
Preferred:
- Language proficiency in Mandarin
- Prior exposure to Power BI
