RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
This position is accountable for establishing and directing the profitable sales, distribution, and marketing organizations for a branch, with sales volume of $25 million or more.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. Adheres to core values established by JCI/York. 2. Coordinates distribution, warehousing and sales in accordance with UPG goals, metrics, policies, principles and procedures established by Johnson Controls/York. 3. Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in geographical area. 4. Develops plans for efficient use of materials, facilities and employees. 5. Reviews costs and product quality. 6. Modifying inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the branch. 7. Reviews operations of competing organizations as well as planning and directing sales programs to develop new markets. 8. Directs preparation of accounting records. 9. Recommends budgets to management. 10. Promotes JCI and branch culture. 11. Continuously reviews and assesses branch personnel and talent. 12. Manages concessions and assigns authority for various branch activities. 13. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combined education and experience. 2. A minimum of seven years experience in a related field coupled with personnel management experience. 3. Understanding of math and basic financial principles. 4. Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software. 5. Strong interpersonal skills and decision making ability. 6. Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
