To direct, control and plan all financial activities of the ShelbyvillePlant within the guidelines of Corporate Accounting Procedures and the direction of the Automotive Systems Group Controller's Office. The Plant Controller and all team members have the right and responsibility to shut down production in the event of a safety or quality issue.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance with three (3) to five (5) years as a Controller.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to manage, prioritize and direct multiple tasks to achieve goals with compressed time restraints. Strong computer skills with full understanding of software programs.
