Client Spend: Up to $15M
Business manager responsible for profitability objectives including contract execution of high tech O&M business with multiple Support Services. Leads facility staff on individual contracts or a group of smaller contracts typically up to $5.0M in size.
Meets contractual obligations and customer satisfaction objectives. Participates in contract renewal efforts. Analyzes facility management business to identify & communicate to the business, potential cost reduction opportunities and additional Facility Management offerings.
Qualifications
BS Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of five years experience. Progressive knowledge of facility management & business services. Operational knowledge of other disciplines, i.e. engineering, sales, and manufacturing, to communicate/integrate within those areas. Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Communicates effectively with customers.
