Processes customer orders which may include, but is not limited to: receiving, entering, verifying and acknowledging orders, preparing credits and weekly order status, assisting in expediting orders, maintaining order files, and investigating order related issues.
Process customer concerns and issues that are reported while responding quickly and appropriately to customer requests.
Issue credit and debit memos to customer when appropriate per JCI policy.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers.
May have administrative responsibilities related to transportation to ensure timely delivery and proper recordkeeping as it relates to the Company's products.
May have direct contact with customers regarding their orders, where tact, sense of urgency, and overall customer satisfaction focus is required.
May train new department employees.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree.
Prefer two years manufacturing experience.
