Position Summary:

Direct the strategic and technical leadership for Maintenance processes throughout the account portfolio of campuses, including Work Order Planning,CMMS strategy & administration and multi-generational implementation, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Inventory Management and Energy Management.

Essential Functions:

* Provide leadershipp and in-depth knowledge of maintenance excellence, facility maintenance, utilities management, critical building systems and compliance/regulatory requirements.

* Direct the development and execution of a cross regional asset management plan in collaboration with Maintenance & Utilities, Project Delivery and the infrastructure plan.

* Support the cusstomer in the development aand implementation of an Energy Management strategy across the entire portfolio inclusive of innovative technology implementation, execution of energy best practices, Energy Awareness and behavior programs.

* Lead the establishment of a Reliability Centered Maintenance strategy including a detailed asses review process, criticality analyses, best practices and an overall master plan across the portfolio; lead collaborative efforts with the client.

* Provide the leadership and collaboration with Supply Chain in the development and execution of robust Maintenance Contractor Management process focused on contractor innovation, customeer service levels and performance-based cost leveraging opportunities that guaarantee satisfaction of customer needs.

* Direct the implementation of new technology platforms and CMMS multi-generational strategies to drive ultimate maintenance effectiveness and efficiencies; ssspecifically direct resources in charge of MAXIMO and other necessary information systems, maintaining the highest standards of daata integrity and accuracy concerning maintenance of all assets.

* Lead the implementation of effective parts stockroom managemnt policies across the regions in line with best practices; serve as a scaleable model for the client; initiate just in time policies focused on inventory reductions, cost reduction, stockroom consolidation.

* Provide the leadership for building a culture that fully embraces, practices and executes Maintenance excellence principles and methodologies including robust peerformance metrics to support predictive/preventative maintenance strategies; ensures that these straategies are implemented properly, achieve the projected results and are continually reviewed and monitored for improvement opportunities.

* Oversee the development and implementation of process' and standards utilizing internal and external benchmark data.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience required.
* Ten years of facility management or building operations experience required.
* Five years of supervisory experience in management, budgeting, vendor management, operations and maintenance required.
* May require knowledge of mechanical, electrical Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) or Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to deal with customers and others at all levels.
* Knowledge of JCI procedures and policies.
* Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment..
