We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Regional Controllers to be part of our Soultions Business Unit. This position supports mutiple regions with in the Solutions Group. In this highly visible role, you will:
-Drive business results with the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Solutions Operations Manager to improve actual financial results consistent with operating plan commitments and objectives for the specific regions.
-Continually perform business evaluations to identify future opportunities for improvement and barriers to achieving strategic and financial objectives.
-Direct the planning and control of financial results consistent with long-term business objectives.
-Provide direction, training and counseling to Regional Teams on a wide variety of business/financial issues to ensure satisfactory branch performance versus Plans for each location.
-Conduct monthly branch performance reviews with an on-site review once per quarter per region. Review the branch plans and forecasts for alignment with business objectives, market opportunities and the ability to execute.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. Minimum of ten years of broad financial experience in all aspects of business control. Prior experience as a financial controller is highly desirable. Ability to direct and control financial results in a multi-location field operation. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving capabilities. Familiarity with IT systems as they relate to financial functions and operational areas. Individual PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel. Willingness to travel extensively (40 - 60%). MBA or CMA preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Hyperion Enterprise Consolidation Software also preferred.
