In this position, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

*
Support the internal and external program SDT activities

*
Open issue management and support.

*
Product change point tracking and configuration management.

*
Creation and maintenance of all Mazda program specific drawing, both in JCI's EPIC system and the customers system.

*
Development and maintenance of Product Requirements documents (system level, detailed product use case requirements & Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)).

*
Support Homologation and Country Certification requirements (as requested by Mazda).

*
Coordination of hardware and software activities, their requirements, and drawing approvals

*
Working knowledge, execution and support of System Bench and Vehicle level cross-checks.

*
Support product integration testing with the Customer and their sub system suppliers. -

*
Support and drive warranty and plant return analysis and reporting to internal & external customers.

*
Manufacturing logistics support, including End of Line Tester Factory set-up & prove-out.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

*
Solid analytical skills

*
Proficient problem solver/solution provider

*
Aability to balance conflicting requirements and risk

*
Ability to achieve project deliverables, executes to achieve project timing, cost and quality objectives.

*
BS in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with a 0-3 years experience

*
Experience with highly integrated products such and Connectivity, Navigation, and Audio Systems are a plus.

*
Internal candidates should have working knowledge of PLUS, EPIC, DMS, ReqPro and the issues tracking (SCR) and resolution (8D, 5P) processes
