Mechanical Equipment Service Tradesmen must be qualified to perform and shall be allowed to perform the work listed below:
Routine service and inspections, regardless of size or location of the HVAC mechanical equipment being inspected or serviced, where this work is done as a periodic and routine procedure by the Employer, such as:
* Filter changing and service thereof;
* Oiling and greasing;
* Belt adjusting or replacement;
* Cleaning of cooling towers coils, evaporator and condenser tubes.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent; HVAC system maintenance experience is desired but not required;
* Valid Drivers license;
* Good verbal and written communications skills.
This is a Bargaining Unit Position.
