1. Manage day to day operations and delivery of contracted MAC(Moves, Adds & Changes) move project services at all locations across the US portfolio.

2. Develop and maintain MAC (Moves, Adds & Changes) best practices and continuously improve internal practices by training and collecting, analyzing and reporting lessons learned

3. Develop relationships with customers by scheduling reoccurring meetings and discussions.

4. Provide conflict resolution on escalation issues relating to invoicing, contract interpretation and scheduling.

5. Develop Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations to update senior management with revenues, work order volume and other move project data.

6. Set goals and objectives for individual team members consistent with the goals and objectives of the customer and management team.

7. Leads professional development and implements standardized tools and processes for the US MAC team.

8. Manages and develops an assigned MAC Management Team to a high utilization.

9. Manages all MAC Managers within the US. Ensures performance across the Country, by team building, problem solving and monitoring customer feedback.

10. Acts as subject matter expert for MAC to provide specific functional and technical expertise.

11. Implements JCI's standardized tools and processes. Establishes, tracks and reports various performance metrics.

12. Responsible for remaining current with MAC management standards and practices.

13. Responsible for the promotion of and adherence to JCI safety policies.

14. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture or Engineering required. Five to seven years experience in a similar role and or post graduate experience in the fields of construction, engineering, interiors, or architecture with at least two of these in Project Management. Strong IT user skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project. Demonstrated experience with managing clients, vendors, consultants and other third parties. Strong communication, organization and persuasion skills. Demonstrated financial and budgeting acumen. Experience with Sequentra Project Management Reporting Tools a plus.
