Manager of a Software Engineering group. Responsible for career development for approx. 12-15 software engineers, testers, project managers. Functional responsibility along a technology, discipline or product dimension, requiring ongoing collaboration with other functional groups. Position will involve leadership in staff augmentation, outsourced project work, and continuous improvement of permanent staff.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Technical Leadership and Project Management. Prior experience with resource management desired. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline is required, higher level technical degrees desired. MBA and/or PMP certification desired.
